We warrant to the original purchaser that this product is free of defects in materials or workmanship for one year* from the date of purchase (dated sales receipt, electronic confirmation, or proof of purchase is required). The warranty applies only to the original purchaser, is non-transferable, and applies only to “Grow’n Up” products or parts.
At the sole election of Grow’n Up Ltd, the only remedies available under this warranty will be either replacement of the defective part or product replacement. This warranty is valid only if the product has been assembled and maintained per the provided instructions, and does not cover abuse, accidents, commercial use beyond three months, cosmetic issues such as fading or scratches from normal wear, or any other cause not arising from defects in material and workmanship. Additionally, the warranty does not include water retention, internal/external surface contamination from exposure to environmental conditions, and inclement weather. Inclement weather includes storms, tornados, hurricanes, hail, sleet, ice, moisture, rain, flooding, snow, wind, etc.

**Textiles: All our fabrics fulfil high requirements in terms of colour fastness. However, fabrics may become bleached by UV radiation. This is not a material defect, but simply a normal sign of wear for which no warranty can be given.
***Accessories included: All Markers, Crayons, Chalks, Eraser, Eraser Clothes, Paint Cups, Paint Brushes, Paint Pots, Magnetic Letters and numbers, Magnetic Shaper Stamps, Paper Roll, Paper Roll Dispenser/Holder, Colored-papers, Trays/Bins, Chalk Holder, and All Fabric/Nylon material parts.
